This is an extremely charming property located Downtown Charlevoix. Tucked behind Bridge St with a welcoming courtyard full of gardens, you will fall in love.
This historic cottage was built in late 1800 and there are hints of its vintage throughout, creating charm and character. The property has been perfectly updated and offers modern amenities: new subway tile showers, wi-fi, Sonos, smart TV, newer Casper mattresses! The linens are luxurious and all details have been thought of.
The decor reflects a Northern Michigan carefree cottage type of lifestyle. It has a simplicity that pairs well with the little luxuries. The kitchen is fully equipped if you decide to cook - within walking distance you can provision at the local grocery, seasonal farmers market on Thursdays as well as a local fish market.
You have access to the entire cottage, porch, grilling and courtyard.
Other things to note:
This is a multi dwelling property. Each accommodation has its own entrance and outdoor space. The only space that is shared is the common courtyard and parking.

The cottage was beautifully maintained. Beds are comfortable. Provided shampoo, etc. of very good quality. Living room could be more comfortable.

Oleson’s grocery was in walking distance. The location of this cottage is perfect. Loved everything about it!

Super clean and super cute with a fabulous location! Shawn was very nice, as well. The only issue we had was the scary & difficult to maneuver stairway that led to the two upstairs bedrooms. We didn’t pick up on this fact when booking, otherwise we wouldn’t have chosen this location. (One person in our party uses a cane.)
