Superb location , walkable to everything. One bedroom was more private than the loft area but a bit warm with just a small fan in it. Enjoyed the view , and the location. Property was as described , clean and in good shape.

We’ve been staying at the Edgewater for over 16 years. Since the new management has taken over, there have been changes to the cancellation policy, such as 60 days out, which I believe is preventing some people from booking because of that. I will say the location is the best thing about the place right on round Lake is gorgeous and beautiful. But the cancellation policy needs to be adjusted. It’s very hard for people once they’re 60 days out to not be able to cancel. I understand a 10 day but 60 days is a little much. And I understand you can purchase insurance however you have to jump through so many hoops in order to use it. It’s really not conducive. For the amount of money they charge we could’ve went on vacation to Florida for about six days so the prices are inflated definitely during the Venetian festival and I understand they can get it but there’s a break point which I think that I have reached. Also, the only other thing I could suggest is we were staying in a two bedroom unit so obviously we had another couple besides ourselves and we only had one parking pass, which didn’t make any sense at all.
