Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality.
This gorgeous condo boasts beautiful wood flooring in the main living areas, tile in the bathroom and kitchen, cozy carpet in the bedrooms, ceiling fans and plenty of lighting. In the loft-style upstairs bedroom you will find a luxurious king-size bed, a large smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful bedside tables, alarm clock/radio, cordless phone chargers, a dresser, and a walk-in closet. The upstairs bathroom has a jet tub, walk in shower and separate toilet room, there is also a vanity offers extra storage! The living room offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, a cozy arm chairs, large smart tv with a roku remote, beautiful side tables, an electric fireplace, other entertainment! There is dining space that seats 4, and 4 additional seats at the built in kitchen island. The large sized kitchen boasts plenty of storage and counterspace. There is a 4 burner glass cooktop, apartment size fridge, 12 cup coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, tools for cooking and serving. The large downstairs bathroom offers a tiled shower/bathtub combo, toilet, and a beautiful vanity with lots of storage, and vinyl flooring. The master bedroom displays a beautiful king size bed, beautiful side tables, a wireless charging pad, a desk, and a smart tv. The comfy bench completes the welcoming theme. In the downstairs hall closet you will find the bedding for the sleeper sofa, iron and ironing board, and a few cleaning tools. In addition to the fabulous interior, through the sliding glass door you will find a 4 person seating and table arrangement on the balcony provides a stunning view of the Bridge! No need to worry about privacy, the curtains close fully.
We provide towels and mini soaps for your use, as well as limited daily housekeeping services. Be sure to ask the front desk if you need a playpen or high-chair if you bring your little one.
Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

I was disappointed when I saw the old building. I expected to have “old house” problems. But you met all of our needs and the condo was very clean, everything we needed. I have Parkinson’s Disease and was quite comfortable on the main floor.

This stay was amazing and such a fun time with the family. I had looked forward to this stay for a while and it exceeded expectations. I will definitely recommend this place to friends. Everything was so close that we wanted to do and see and the stay was so comfortable. We really enjoyed the board games, the fully stocked spice rack, the patio and the office space in the first bedroom as well as the hot tub upstairs. The only thing is that the first floor restroom shower tub was very slippery and having some anti-slip stickers or a mat would be super helpful. Otherwise, the space and amenities were awesome! I was confused about check-in because it seemed like it was contactless according to the email but then when I finally found someone up front they asked if I had checked in. I never found a packet in the white mailbox because it was empty. After that was solved all was wonderful. We really enjoyed ourselves and I can't wait to go back! Great value!

We had a wonderful stay in this cute downtown condo. It was clean and furnished nicely. My only complaint would be the air conditioners were very loud and the one in the Master Bedroom was not working properly. It did not cool it was like a large fan. Otherwise this property would get a 5 star rating.
