Northside Charlevoix location only 15 minute walk to town or two beaches. Located at 209 Burns Street Charlevoix, Michigan . 1/2 block from Dixon Ave.

Short walk to Lake Michigan beach, Lake Charlevoix Depot Beach, public tennis courts, municipal golf course and town. Large enclosed front porch with wicker furniture; fully outfitted eat-in kitchen with newer appliances (dishwasher, fridge with ice/water dispenser, microwave, stove) with lots of dishes, wine glasses and extras for entertaining. Formal dining room that seats from 8-10 people. Nice living room with flat screen TV, cable and DVD/VHS player that has ports for gaming systems (gaming systems not included). Pull-out couch in dining area. Laundry room with newer large capacity washer and dryer, iron, and small ironing board. First floor master bedroom with queen bed, cable TV, large closet and dresser. COTTAGE: Behind the house is a newly remodeled 1 bedroom/1 BA cottage with twin beds, but the beds can be combined into a king - bring your own king sheets. Knotty pine cathedral ceiling, new flat screen TV, table with two chairs, bar area with stools, loveseat couch and comfy larger chair with ottoman. Cottage can be rented with the house or separately. We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed with an easy walk downtown and to the beach. The home itself was welcoming, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. A special shoutout to the property owner, who was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

This was our 3rd and it was another fantastic stay. John is very responsive and super nice. Location is great- easy to walk to town, the beach and there is a small beach access within a 2 minute walk that is perfect for catching sunset. Great place. Great location. Great host.

Great house and location. Easy check in (the electronic lock seemed glitchy after the first day, so we didn’t lock it)Kitchen was well equipped - but stuff left in fridge.There were dished left in the dishwasher (clean) but am I really responsible for putting them away? Laundry room had clean sheets piled on a chair and more in the dryer. Place needs a deep cleaning. But Charlevoix is meant to be enjoyed out and about and the house was perfect for chilling in. The house was comfortable- good fans and no need for air conditioning. The garbage that we had to take to curb was overflowing and susceptible to crows picking apart and needed cleaning up. I did not go on vacation to pick up / clean up after other people.
