Unwind and relax at Sun Chasing - our beautiful beachside Thirty Blu Townhome, perfectly situated on 30A in Blue Mountain Beach, just a minute to the BMB Beach access for 30A. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventurous escape, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. Stroll along 30A and visit the local beaches, ice cream shops, and more! We have fantastic dining in the area as well as fun activities for the whole family.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

Overall it was good. The location is perfect not to far of a walk at all to the beach or restaurants and bars. However the house needs some improvements/updates. The kitchen pots and pans are in terrible shape and the utensils were falling apart. The downstairs bed broke down on us after being there one night "but they came and fixed it the next day" and the fridge wasn't keeping anything cold. This home is not for older people for sure due to the amount of stairs in the house but its still a beautiful home in the perfect location. This unit didnt include the bikes which seemed kind of crazy being there are so many parked over there but i was told we had to rent them.
