30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. Location, Location, Location…. Fabulous. Positives: We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The check-in process was super easy, and everything matched the listing perfectly. The location was fantastic—close to everything we needed—and the house itself was adorable. The golf cart was a major plus and made getting around so convenient. Beach access was just a short walk away, the AC kept us cool, and the beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the cozy living room and the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen. Bonus the community pool is a hop-skip and a jump across the street! A few small things to note: the place and the beach access isn’t completely ADA friendly if you’re looking for that. One of the bedroom TVs didn’t seem to be working during our stay, and we weren’t able to get a response from property management when we reached out for help. We added an extra night stay and they were great about helping us with that! The water was gorgeous (minus natures plan for seawood season), the washing machine made quite a bit of noise, which caught us off guard at first, though we eventually got used to it—it might just need a quick check. Lastly, we did notice a few large (3) wood roaches during our stay. We’re not from Florida and understand they can be common in some areas, but it was a bit surprising and off putting. This was really the only big downside for us, and we’d love to come back if that can be addressed! Thank you for giving us amazing family memories!

The location of this unit is close to the beach, especially with the golf cart. The unit is large and updated. But it feels like an investment property more than someone’s home in the details, such as having only one
