About this house rental
This open and airy 4-bedroom coastal paradise is just a short walk to the beach and a short distance to some of 30A’s favorite restaurants and shopping! This home is perfect for visitors looking to be smack dab in the middle of the action! Less than a 5-minute walk from the beach, this recently developed area has a beautiful fenced in pool complete with lounge chairs and surrounding palm trees make for a serene getaway.
1st Floor:
You’re greeted by the open concept main living area with a chef’s kitchen and plenty of dining seating. The lofty living room is perfect for a movie night in or a family game night! A high chair and Pack 'n Play are also provided.
Enjoy the convenience of a 1st floor master suite right off the kitchen. The front porch is welcoming and spacious enough to enjoy sunrises and sunsets and the outdoor shower is an added bonus-helping you keep the floors sand free.
2nd Floor:
At the top of the stairs, you’ll find the bunk area with TV and also the balcony access. The kids will love taking over this area. There is a convenient access to the hallway full bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms complete the 2nd floor.

For a beach day head to your beach access at Gulfview Heights, just 0.4 miles away. It's a 2-minute drive or a 7-minute walk. This public access has parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with shelter, and lifeguards during peak season.
Blue Mountain Beach has something for everyone. The local creamery has made its mark on this delightful neighborhood - when you come to Blue Mountain, you have to stop for their homemade ice cream. Just a short drive west and you’re close to all the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment of Sandestin, Miramar Beach and Destin. Go east and you can visit all the popular South Walton beach communities of Grayton Beach, Seagrove, Seaside and more.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

House was perfect, really enjoyed the setup and furnishings in the house. Great location, very short walk to the beach across 30A and nice couple areas within walking distance to get a drink, coffee, food, beach items. Pool was in good shape, a nice add for the trip.Only downside for me on the trip was the WiFi (and in turn cell service, though this has been the case often for me on trips down to 30A). I work a decent amount on these family trips and the WiFi was very very slow and because the whole 30A area generally has terrible cell service using a hotspot doesn't help. Not a big issue, nor anything enough to take off a star just a note for those of you working a bit while here.Either way one of the top houses we've had a chance to stay in down in the area and could see us coming back in the future.

House was nice. Too much furniture in living area that was already small to accommodate so many people. Bedrooms were good size. Location was ideal. Gas Grill was broke per last review and still not fixed. Washing machine was broke. No follow up from management or offer to accommodate.
