About this house rental
*As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and even bathroom toiletries!
Notice:
This property is located in R1 zoning area which requires all guests abide by the following guidelines: Maximum occupancy shall be 2 persons per bedroom plus 2 additional persons excluding children under 10 years of age between the hours of midnight and 7am. There shall be 5 consecutive overnight minimum length of stay required for any reservation. There shall be no more than 4 unrelated people occupy the property at any time. Additionally, Ocean City requires Guests to fill out and sign a document detailing all Guests, ages and relations.
These guidelines are strictly enforced. Upon booking, Coastal Resort Sales & Rentals will send a form to be completed and returned by the booking Guest.
