This property comes fully furnished does not permit pets or smoking and is advertised for Winter rental December 2nd through April 30th at $1000 a month. Tenant is responsible for electric. Water and Internet are included. Move-In expenses include 1st months' rent last month's rent and Security Deposit.

A spacious open living area provides plenty of comfortable seating to relax in front of the TV or gather for meals prepared in the fully stocked kitchen. Slide out to the huge private balcony and have your camara ready for the spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets. Balcony access is also available from gorgeous master bedroom. Two additional bedrooms and the second full tub & shower bathroom are located near the kitchen. English Towers building offers an indoor heated pool and fitness room.

Stayed at the property with 2 kids and 4 adults. You need to bring basically everything you need for the week. The listing says they have pillows and blankets but the pillows are rocks and the blankets are paper thin. Great location though. Management company is not very responsive. I left rain coats in the closet by accident and messaged the management company 30 mins after check out and the rain jackets were mysteriously gone. Very frustrating.

Spent a week at this location, everything was great except the cleaning crew could pay attention to details. Hair in the bathtubs and jelly on a bunch of silverware. Otherwise I recommend this place.

Location of this building is great - close to tons of shops, grocery stores, places to eat, and the direct beach access was a huge plus.
Layout of the condo was nice; very spacious and great for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Unit itself needed some deep cleaning/repairs. Carpets were very stained throughout the entire unit and towel bar was broken in master bath. There were a few vertical binds that were missing/broken and many of the chairs around the dining table had stained upholstery. The outlets in the master bath/bedroom would not support a hairdryer - had to constantly reset the plug on the dryer and it would reset every 45 seconds or so.
Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. There were no specific check-out instructions (normally you're instructed to take out the trash, start the dishwasher, etc). but the rep from Coastal Resort Rentals always answered our questions in a very timely manner.
I realize the premium price we paid was because it was one of the busiest weeks of the year, but for what we paid for 3 days, we expected a cleaner/more maintained property.
