About this apartment rental
The Space:
Beachfront condo in Ocean City, Maryland with two bedrooms, two full-bathrooms and awesome views. The open living area features the living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast counter. There is a private balcony off of the living room and master bedroom that is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful beach and ocean views. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king-sized bed, television, balcony access and an ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features two double beds and a television. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. Building amenities include multiple elevators, onsite parking, outside showers. Location is close to restaurants, shopping and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. License #87072 This condo is located on the 8th floor. POOL AND HOT TUB CLOSED FOR 2025 SEASON.
General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.
The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.
Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

It was a great place to stay but, I didn't like having to make the bed before I could get in it. For what you pay I would also expect you to supply toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags like they always have there

This was a great place for our family of 5. It had a beautiful view of the ocean and you could hear the waves crashing from the master bedroom. There was a washer and dryer right in the room which was very convenient and made washing our beach towels simple for the next beach day. The kids had their own room which they loved and there was more than enough space for everyone.
The negatives for me were that when we arrived the floors were filthy. When our children took their sandals off and walked on the floor their feet turned black. We had to try and mop the floor to get it clean, but it wasn’t enough it really needed a deep floor cleaning. The bathtubs also looked really dirty and weren’t in the best shape. Lastly the master bed, although super spacious needs a new mattress. The springs were very loud and the bed was misshapen, with big dips in it.
Overall I do think this was a great spot, to bring your family. There is so much close by for everyone to do and see. And the views alone make the whole place an amazing spot.

We stayed for a 4 night trip. The space was perfect for my family (5 of us total). The bedrooms were spacious and loved the view from the primary bedroom. Easy access to beach and bonus of an indoor pool. Also loved the spaced out and assigned parking and the ice machine was a great feature in the lobby. Location is great and close to grocery/liquor store and short drive to all of our favorite spots, including Fenwick. We would definitely stay here again!
