The Space:
This immaculate, three-bedroom condo is quiet, comfortable, and ideally located on the bayside just one block off of Coastal Highway. Enjoy beautiful summer days at the beach close by, work on your tan at the building's outdoor pool, and experience spectacular sunsets on your private bayside balcony.
This condo is well-equipped with a designer kitchen, a full-size washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and even a whirlpool bathtub in the primary suite. The living room features a flatscreen TV and a gas fireplace to warm your toes at night, while the three bedrooms offer their own TVs as well. In this bayfront location (with obstructed views), you'll be practically across the road from the ocean beach, close to a number of great restaurants, and in the midst of abundant birds in the trees to provide a soundtrack as you watch the sunset each evening.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The best unit we’ve ever stayed at. Nicely decorated (inside & balcony) clean and spacious. This unit had everything we could need. The owners need to be commended for their thoughtfulness. Our family truly enjoyed our time here.

The kitchen was very well stocked with nearly everything we needed for a weeks vacation. The only thing missing was a large 12” pan.
The location was great-right across the coastal highway from the beach but… the beds were sunken in the middle and mattresses were very very soft. The condo was not cleaned well. My kids feet were black when they took off their shoes and walked around the condo. The floors were gritty with sand when we moved in and the area carpets were badly in need of shampooing. Overall cleanliness was poor and bedding was in bad shape.
They did offer to come out and vacuum the floor when we moved in but declined it as we thought the problem consisted only of sand on the floor which we could easily clean up. We latter noticed how dirty the floors and area carpets were when the kids took off their shoes.
