About this house rental
Our newly renovated Poconos home is nestled in the woods offering a peaceful, quiet retreat. Our home is perfectly set up to accommodate families and friends with plenty of sleeping space. Don’t forget to nestle up to the fireplace, take a relaxing bath in our Jacuzzi bathtub, sip cocktails on the deck or tell stories by the outdoor fire pit.
With two lakes, four swimming beaches, three pools, a fitness center, game room, billiards and library there is something for everyone.
Our open concept first floor has a living room with fireplace, cable TV and fully equipped kitchen with dining area included. A bedroom with a queen bed and separate bathroom complete the first floor.
Located on the second floor you will find a loft with queen sleeper sectional. There is an entertainment center with cable TV and plenty of games for family fun. Two additional bedrooms can be found on the second floor. The second floor bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub is located steps away.
Outside you will find a deck nestled in the woods, a fire pit for roasting s’mores, picnic table and a charcoal BBQ.
The Community
There are Two lakes that include four beaches. Each beach contains a playground and roped off swimming area. A rental shack is available for all lake friendly activities such as rowboats, canoes, kayaks, bikes, fishing equipment and even sports equipment.
There are three heated pools with baby pools included.
The community’s main indoor attraction called “The Lodge” overlooks the main lake. The Lodge hosts a variety of activities that can be found on the community’s website activity calendar. The Lodge also includes a fitness center and billiards room.
Within the first floor of the Welcome Center, you will also find an activity center that has air hockey, pool tables and ping pong.
*** We do not provide sheets and towels. We do provide mattress coverings, blankets and pillows.
Other things to note
Arrowhead Lakes is a Gated Community. Due to the increase security provided, there is a $20 transaction fee and $20 per vehicle fee in order to receive a gate card that is needed to gain access to the community.
****** 1 card/vehicle must be purchased. These cards are NOT interchangeable, and CAN NOT be used for multiple cars.
The association requires all rental occupants ages 6 and up to purchase an amenity bracelet.
Amenities access: In-season rate, from May 24 to September 2: $8.50 per person (ages 6 & up) per day
Off season rate, from September 3 to May 23: $2 per person (ages 6 & up) per day.

Host was very friendly and easy to commuicate with. The jacuzzi tub was a lil difficult to figure out but worked nicely and is big enough for two people. Some spices and other kitchen basics were provided along with charcoal for the grill and some wood for fire pit or fire place. We loved how homey the house felt. It was very comfortable and fans were available for the rooms. The amenities were pleasant. Our favorite pool was minisink with the diving board. Chocataw seemed more for adults and island pool was the best kid friendly one. Concessions are cash only at the pool. Airhockey pool tables skeeball and other kid friendly toys and games were below the welcome lounge. A library gym and adult billards are at the lodge along with events. Wawa cvs and dunkin were a short drive away. Overall a great stay. It was our 2nd time at the arrowhead lake community but my husband and i liked this house better and hope to be able to rent it again sometime.
