Property backs up to state game lands for hunting. Fishing is allowed in both lakes with a valid PA fishing license.

The displayed rate includes the daily rate, cleaning fee, service charge, and taxes.
Arrowhead Lake Community Associatio registration fees are extra. A payment request will be sent to you through the VRBO platform.
ALCA REGISTRATION FEES:
Temporary Membership Fee: $8.50 per person per day for those 6 years and older ($2 in the off-season)
Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle
Transaction Fee: $20
Late Fee (for bookings within 3 days of arrival): $100
Gate cards are NOT interchangeable between cars - $500 FINE, LOSS OF SECURITY DEPOSIT AND YOU WILL BE ESCORTED OUT OF THE ASSOCIATION BY SECURITY
Upon arrival, guests are required to stop at the Arrowhead Visitor Center to confirm their vehicle, pick up entry passes, and receive wristbands for all amenities of the community.

Myself and a couple buddies stayed here while in town for an event at the racetrack. It's a nice quiet spot in the woods. Short walk to the lake. The community is secured with a gate. Once inside the community, it's about a 5min drive to the cabin. Some of the roads to get there are chip and seal, but weren't horrible. This is also no fault of the property owner. The cabin was clean and comfy. Perfect place to wind down in the evening. There is a TV. Fully outfitted kitchen. Has a grill, but will need to supply your own charcoal. It was a very peaceful place.to lay our heads at night. Happy with our stay.

It was an overall good experience. Everything was as stated in the ad. I was able to speak with the homeowners frequently. Give or take a minor hiccup or two it was an overall great stay. My biggest gripe would be arrowheads new check-in process not being located at Arrowhead Lake.

Cute house, great location. The house has everything you need, was clean, and cozy. Short walk to lake and pool, neighborhood is very beautiful and peaceful. No A/C, but you really don’t need it, has ceiling fans in every room and we brought box fans in case.

Overall the home was a nice and quant place to relax. My concern were the security cameras outdoors on the home, although they are meant for security my family and I felt uncomfortable being watched outdoors. The cleanliness needs to be improved in the home, the carpets could use a wash alongside dusting main areas of the home. Some of the glassware and utensils contained food particles, that needed to be re-washed. In general the area and arrowhead beach are nice places to spend time.
