Bed sheets and blankets werent clean. Has stain on it. There were lots of bugs in the first floor.

Really liked the house. Didn't realize it was in a gated community. Easy to find. The QR codes to enter the gate was the only issue, couldn't get them to work. The house suited our needs perfectly

house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. fairly clean but could be better. found an empty food wrapper in the bedroom and empty cups and a bottle left in the back yard. hot tub was great, but some of the jets were not working, which would lead into the fact that the house is in need of overall maintenance. the felt on the pool table was ripped (but playable) we went down to the clubhouse and played a few games there and those tables were beautiful, and we had the room to ourselves which was nice.
the closet doors in the game room are off the tracks and a window in the hot tub area was completely jacked up and couldn't be closed. we left the owner a message so he would know that we were not responsible. he acknowledged the issues but didn't seem too concerned about it. had bicycles to use if you wanted. nice, fairly private, back porch was relaxing. we had a good trip but it's a shame that a really nice vacation home could be much better with a little work done on it.

The house was in a great and beautiful location. The house was not clean, very dusty, the blinds were torn, and the hot tub and dishwasher were not working. The property manager didn't respond right away, but did offer compensation for them not working, which was great. Only it was after we had already left. If the house were cleaned better and had no ruined blinds, it would have received 5 stars.
