About this house rental
Welcome to our newly renovated 3 Bedroom 3 bath Pocono house, with separate lot on the lake 600 ft away, to give you private access to the lake!! We are also Dog friendly! We are Within walking distance to pool and beaches you and your family will Love! Our mountain retreat is perfect for a weekend getaway , a family vacation or hanging with friends! Our home is located within walking distance to the beach and pool. The gated Arrowhead community has several Amenities to choose from. There are three pools and 4 beaches in the community. Our home is located across from the lake so you are not far! The clubhouse hosts several events through out the year as well. There is so much to do for the family!! We are also located nearby to all the popular ski resorts and popular restaurants in the pocono area. Have a blast learning to ski or snowboard, or even have fun tubing! The resorts are mostly around a 20 min commute. 940 Golf and Fun is also minutes away and a great place for the family to play mini golf and have yummy ice cream! It is a great summer spot! Kalahari resort is also close by as we enjoy visiting the water park and arcade! We hope you visit! The Arrowhead Community offers several activities and events at the Lodge. Anywhere from art and crafts for the kids, live music, or a magic show! We will be happy to send you that information during your stay. They also have live music, DJs, and bon fires during the summer season at the Island pool. The community also offers several food trucks and concessions at the Lodge for easy meal ideas! There are also bear and deer that roam the property so please keep your dog on a leash. Thank you!******** IF YOU BRING A DOG YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEAN UP!! NO ANIMALS ALLOWED ON COUCH OR BEDS!!! IF THEY ARE NOT CLEANED YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $150 DOLLAR CLEANING FEE!!!*** ***Please note that our HOA requires us to collect the email address of the primary guest.

Our host was very communicative and thorough.The home was very nice. I can tell the recent renovations are still a little underway, but not anything that took away from the enjoyment of the cabin. The basement was so fun for the kids, but got cold when the temps dropped into the 20’s. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and had most of what I needed. Only thing i didn’t have was a roasting pan, but luckily I brought a back up disposable roasting pan. That worked on one of the 1” deep cookie sheets that was there. The convection oven cooked the turkey great and fast! I used the grill too and it was easy to use and grill tools were clean. Coffee maker is great- not just a k-cup maker… I brought my own coffee filters but there was full stock there. If I wanted for anything it was more paper towels. But that was bc I dried the turkey with paper towels, and I cooked bacon and use paper towels for that too. I was dumb to not bring some from home. I did find it a little odd we had just enough dish washer tabs, trash bag and toilet paper… it gave me a little anxiety worrying if I needed to run out and get more, but it was just enough. I assume renters abuse if there is too many.. which is so messed up. We have much respect for the property, and appreciated how clean and comfortable everything was. The deer were in the front yard the moment we pulled in. They are very used to people. I was shocked they weren’t afraid of my dog either. Thx, we will be back!

Love the place! So cozy and clean. Honestly first place that was really pretty clean and our family wants to return. Very relaxing weekend. Hope to return soon

We hit a deer on the way in and totaled one of our cars unfortunately But the house was lovely and spotless! Some of the mattresses and the couch in the basement could be more more comfortable. The lake was very pretty.

The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were very clean. We really enjoyed the game room, the fireplace and fire pit. We were greeted by two deer as soon as we got out of our cars. We will definitely stay there again, only longer and maybe in warmer weather so we can enjoy the lake.
