This is a gem of a hotel. Located on the edge of the lake with an amazing view. The hotel has a genuine Japanese vibe. The rooms have baths with hot spring water. The hotel staff have variable english skills but they are very helpful. The nearby village has lots of great restaurants. 30 minute drive to Rusutsu.

Room was super good!! And the view was simply awesome. Staff was also super polite and provided all the necessary briefing for our stay. Breakfast was great too!! Also special mention to the pantry that had free flow drinks too!

The room was wonderful. Especially the hot-spring bath with a view. Breakfast was also great. Staff also drove us from the hotel to the Toyako

An amazing view on lake Toya from the hotel room and the bath tub, just like presented in the pictures from the hotel.
The staff was very attentive and welcomed us from the arrival in parking lot. Carried our luggage and made a personal check in seated in the lobby with a good cup of coffee.
Free bar in the evening and good gaming zone with retro games.
An exclusive stay with very high customer focus and a staff that do anything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We really enjoyed the hotel, room and our own private onsen tub with a great views. Highly recommended!
