    All staff are so friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Room is huge per JP standard. Views are also awesome.

    The view from the lobby is awesome. Seaview 1 side l, Lake Toya view the other side. The service from all the staffs are impeccable. Will definitely stay here if I come back to Hokkaido.

    Unique blend of gorgeous 360 degree view from its perch on the top of a 625m mountain (lake Toya to the north, Pacific ocean to the south and other mountains/volcanos all around), a beautiful architectural design to take advantage of this, and the luxurious rooms and public spaces. Plus the staff making you feel special.
