White Pearl - CityCenter - Large & Elegant Flat

The staff at the location are very helpful, they communicated through our week long stay. They sorted out our issues. The location is perfect, about 10 mins from Duomo area. You can find parking nearby. The property itself has everything you need, the room sizes were decent, two bathrooms (one with shower). Overall highly recommended for a family. The beds were comfortable.

The air conditioning was a little slow in one of the rooms, juts took some time to cool down. Also the TV needs better Netflix access, as families with kids need streaming.

Close to city center and transport. Apartment was bright and customer service responded to our issues in business hours.

- very distinct (unpleasant) smell in the bathroom - no oil for cooking, no tea, no drinking water or filter - electricity was discontinued on the first night and was connected again later than it was promised. I know it’s not their fault, but there was no alternative candles, way to make food or to shower - no body wash was available, although toiletries are listed in the description - we were asked to sort the trash, but there were not enough bins and they were not labelled - 5th person needed to sleep on a folded bed

Locația este potrivită, cu acces pentru transportul public și alte servicii. Apartamentul este curat, îngrijit. Am avut confort, liniște, siguranță pe perioada sejurului. Am preluat cu ușurință cheile, totul a fost aranjat prin comunicare eficientă și rapidă. Orice întrebare, facilitare a fost oferită la timp, respectuos.

Apartment: The apartment is really nice, comfortable and spacious. Amazing huge kitchen allows to have everyone within the same table especially when you travel as a big family. Everything is in place for comfortable stay. The apartment is not overcrowded with stuff that might be broken - what brings value when you are travelling with small kids :) Location: Nice location surrounded by several good restaurants and good supermarkets. Travelling is easy for the major Milan sightseeing's via Susa metro station and in a few stations (~ 300m from the apartment) Host: Super friendly, supportive, with very swift responses on our questions. I would strongly recommend this apartment!
