Ease of communication with the owner, location was excellent, walking distance to everything. All round cosy good apartment
I found the bed comfortable but my wife found the bed to be too soft, some parts of the apartment weren't quite clean there was a handprint on one of the walls and something stained onto the carpets.

Good communication with Hosts we came to an arrangement
Broken blinds and curtains mould all around windows and blinds.
Window open wide on arrival on the ground floor temps were -3 so was freezing and took 4 hours to warm up.
Communal areas full of rubbish. Front door being left open when it clearly states shut it for safety.
