Perfect location for where we needed to be
Took about an hour to actually get into the property as The key safe was jammed and I didn’t know . Had to ring about 6 times before anyone answered the phone for them to tell me to just hit the safe a few times to dislodge the key.
When finally got the keys, they were bent so was fiddly to open the door. The main door to the entrance was constantly open which didn’t make me feel hundred percent safe due to the property I was staying in having no locks on the door.
And the final let down was no coffee or milk pods just sugar and tea bags 🤷🏼♀️

Ease of communication with the owner, location was excellent, walking distance to everything. All round cosy good apartment
I found the bed comfortable but my wife found the bed to be too soft, some parts of the apartment weren't quite clean there was a handprint on one of the walls and something stained onto the carpets.

Good communication with Hosts we came to an arrangement
Broken blinds and curtains mould all around windows and blinds.
Window open wide on arrival on the ground floor temps were -3 so was freezing and took 4 hours to warm up.
Communal areas full of rubbish. Front door being left open when it clearly states shut it for safety.
