Nasz apartament był na ostatnim piętrze z pięknym widokiem na miasto. Łóżka duże i bardzo wygodne. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Po przyjeździe czekały dwie paczuszki - jedna z kawami, herbatami i cukrem, druga z pakitem do mycia naczyń (nowa gąbka, mała buteleczka płynu do naczyń, worki na śmieci i tabletki do zmywarki). W łazience zawsze była ciepła woda pod prysznicem. Byliśmy w październiku więc temparatura w mieszkaniu była odpowiednia i nie korzystalismy z klimatyzacji, która była dostępna. Dla nas największą zaletą tego apartamentu jest lokalizacja. Do dworca Saõ Bento, do Katerdy Sé 1-2 minuty na nogach. Do pozostałych miejsc wartych odwiedzenia też spacerkiem bez problemu się dojdzie. Sklepy spożywcze są blisko. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy.

The location is perfect, right in the centre with easy access to restaurants and other amenities. There’s also a Time Out Market just around the corner, with some great places to eat. The bed had what appeared to be a brand-new mattress, which was incredibly comfortable. A couple of extra pillows would have been a nice addition. The shower was powerful and had plenty of hot water, although the middle bracket for the shower head was broken. The air conditioning was also a great addition.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with a few aspects of the studio. It is situated on the ground floor, directly at street level, with no windows other than tall patio doors opening straight onto the street. This meant that with the doors open, the street was right there, and we felt quite exposed. There were also no curtains or slatted blinds, just wooden shutters, so the choice was essentially between keeping the shutters closed and having very little natural light, or opening them and allowing passers-by to look directly into the apartment. I think the listing should make it much clearer that the studio is at street level, as this may be an important consideration for guests who value privacy and natural light. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was also a crane directly outside, which further blocked the light, along with a considerable amount of work traffic passing by. The generator starting up at 7am wasn’t ideal either, although I appreciate this was outside the accommodation’s control.

La posizione è comoda anche se la sera ci sono spesso persone bivaccate nel giardino fuori che bevono

Mi hanno dato un appartamento al piano terra, letteralmente sul marciapiede, unica protezione un pannello di legno. Impossibile tenere le finestre aperte, rischio avere ospiti indesiderati, impossibile quindi avere anche luce naturale. Male Assistenza inutile. Ho chiesto di poter cambiare appartamento, mi hanno risposto su altro e non su questa possibilità.
