it was a misunderstanding with bathtub, on the booking it can show a bathtub, but in reality it's only shower. But the team was ready to talk about it and they wanted to find a solution.

It was nice to have a studio apartment with the facilities that go along with that.
Also this place is close to Sao Bento metro/train station so is convenient.
I booked a studio apartment which was advertised as having a terrace and river views.
What I was given was a ground floor studio which had no terrace and no views whatsoever unless you call the hoardings for the building site and the narrow street with cars parked outside and passing pedestrians right by your window!
One night quite late a car alarm went off for over an hour right outside the window!
The bathroom shower leaked so after every use there was a flood to be cleaned up!
The studio was dark and dingy due to the lack of natural light due to the hoardings.
It was in a close location to facilities which was good, as long as you are able to walk a 500/600m walk up a VERY steep cobble stone hill with your bag.
This place is not suitable for anyone with health or mobility issues.
