Lovely apartment in superb central location
No working lift! Was a struggle getting a 23 Kg suitcase to the top floor

Great apartment, super location. Literally around the corner from the main station and the cathedral. Some great spots for fresh Pastel de Nata close by too! Clean and tidy apartment with clear instructions as to how everything worked. Air con was very welcome after our days out! Staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond to queries and made some great recommendations for local restaurants. Highly recommended.

Good location, secure entrance, clean and a comfortable bathroom. Not too loud given the location.
AC, elevators and the room electronic entrance card were not working. We had to use a code to access the building and a separate code to access the room. Staff were hard to get hold of regarding check in and check out time. Sofa bed was not made even though we informed the property 3 people would be staying. The sofa bed itself was hard to put out and the mattress had a stain. Drain in the kitchen smelled of food.
