Location was perfect near the cathedral and the metro station
Buzzing sound coming from the closet opposite the bathroom, after 2 minutes in the shower it would almost flood since water did not get away rapidly enough, bedroom only had a sliding door for fresh air, but felt unsafe to open it at night since on the other side was the stairway to other apartments and outside, even though the location was great, it is situated in a bit of a dodgy and noisy area, especially on a Saturday night, window handle came off when trying to open the window

Good location, secure entrance, clean and a comfortable bathroom. Not too loud given the location.
AC, elevators and the room electronic entrance card were not working. We had to use a code to access the building and a separate code to access the room. Staff were hard to get hold of regarding check in and check out time. Sofa bed was not made even though we informed the property 3 people would be staying. The sofa bed itself was hard to put out and the mattress had a stain. Drain in the kitchen smelled of food.
