The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Check-in was easy and convenient, with access provided through a door code. I arrived late in the evening and experienced a small issue with the lock, but the staff responded immediately and helped resolve everything despite the late hour. Their communication and support were excellent.
The room did not have a balcony, although the photos suggested one was available, which was disappointing as this was one of the reasons I chose the property. I would also appreciate an additional interior lock for extra peace of mind, especially for solo travelers. A few wall hooks for towels would be a useful addition as well.

Een heerlijk licht apartment met charmant balkonnetje. Heerlijk bed, prima douche en meer dan genoeg qua keuken en keukengerei.
De locatie is top! Direct de deur uit en in de leuke straatjes van Porto, eigenlijk is alles op loopafstand (wel flinke heuvels). De metro (Sao Bento) zit om de hoek. Ook zit er een luggage store, direct het straatje uit.
Op het balkon miste een zitje, deze vanuit binnen gebruikt, want toplocatie!
De kamer is wat vochtig (lees schimmelplek(je) op de muur. En ook de badkamer gaat na 2 dagen echt muf ruiken/schimmelplekken krijgen, ventileren is dan niet voldoende.
In mijn afgelopen 4 nachten geen schoonmaak geweest, nou is dat geen ramp, maar 5 dagen met 2 handdoeken is voor mij wat weinig.

The location was great and it provided almost all necessities except hand soap (we used soap from the shower) and conditioner.
We paid for early check in, but when we arrived at the property the apartment was not ready. When I try to message the owners a chatbot replies and it’s pretty much impossible to get in touch with a human about the situation. It has been soon a month and I have still not received my money back which I payed for the early check in (which we were not able to do). Also, there was hairs on the bathroom floor, probably from the housekeeper.
