The staff went above and beyond to help us and make sure our stay was enjoyable. They allowed us to store medication in a nearby fridge and we're very responsive. Thank you!

The location was amazing, really close to the railway station and all the main attractions. The room was a bit small, but nice and modern.
No housekeeping service at all during our four nights stay - the message I sent asking for it was ignored, leaving us with full bins, wet towels and no toilet paper. That really ruined our experience. Also, there is no wardrobe, just a small storage unit, so not enough space for the clothes.
