The location was perfect. Everything was so close and despite being right in the middle of everything, it was still very quiet at night.

It could have been somewhat cleaner. Some of the details in the bathroom have been neglected.

Great location

Great location, right in centre. Nice rooms, helpful staff via what’s app. Room was ready for us on arrival. Beds are comfy even though I’ve listed some negatives they were all very small and didn’t ruin our stay and would still highly recommend, think it’s just important to share for people booking.

Didn’t know you had to request fresh towels when you booked that might have been our error, never saw this option but they kindly provided when asked for no further cost. Very bad drainage smell in bathroom when arrived, we did leave window open to room and bathroom door open when we went out and ran the shower for a bit, it did disappear when we came back so didn’t raise with staff, would have done if it hadn’t had gone. No milk provided but coffee was. Shower had some long hairs in tray when arrived but we just washed away. Key card stopped working when we arrived home late one night but staff sorted pretty quickly for the time of night. More hangers is always needed in hotel, women don’t pack lightly! Walls very thin, hear all next door one night..

The location was amazing, really close to the railway station and all the main attractions. The room was a bit small, but nice and modern.

No housekeeping service at all during our four nights stay - the message I sent asking for it was ignored, leaving us with full bins, wet towels and no toilet paper. That really ruined our experience. Also, there is no wardrobe, just a small storage unit, so not enough space for the clothes.
