Could use a new mattress and lock on entry door to condo.

Location was amazing, easily walkable to all attractions, food, beach, ect. Once we parked we didn’t move our car until check out. The condo was clean and elevators worked well. The condo supplied a keurig, toaster, cookware, salt/pepper., all the basics. The bedroom bed was super comfy. The condo itself was clean and made a great stay! We would stay at this condo again but probably a unit with second bedroom.

The 3rd “bed” shouldn’t be listed as a bed. It was an ottoman that pulls out into a bed but wasn't easy or convenient to use and didn’t really have space to use while the pull out couch was opened. (Pic included) The pull out couch mattress was super uncomfortable as well. We had trouble with the Roku remotes not sure if they needed new batteries or what but wasn’t too concerned. We had some issues getting into the condo at first because of code but it was handled quickly, they did have to come replace the batteries a few days into our stay. It would be nice if you were given your parking pass before check in so you could utilize the beach your first day, but we called and were told our room wasn’t ready and that’s where the parking pass was an hr prior to check in time :(

We liked the location. It was close to the boardwalk, beach access, and restaurants. The unit was clean and well stocked with necessities like paper products, linens for kitchen and bath, cleaning/dishwashing products, and soap/hygiene products. The kitchen was functional although small. The refrigerator and icemaker worked well. We were thankful for the Keurig and the provided coffee pods! When I called the property management company, the people who answered were polite, respectful, and helpful.

The check-in was confusing. I wasn't aware that there would not be an actual human being on the property to check people in and answer questions. We had trouble figuring out how to lock the unit door--something with an explanation would have been helpful. We finally figured it out on Day 2. It also didn't help that the door frame on the inside of the unit door is coming apart. One electrical outlet in the bedroom was put in crooked and looked like it was hanging onto the wall by hope and a prayer. The shower lever/handle literally comes off. The pool had a closed sign posted the entire stay. I didn't ask why but for the money we paid, we were disappointed that it wasn't open. The "pullout sofa" was a small, uncomfortable futon. We didn't even watch TV in that area because it wasn't comfortable. The dining room table was very wobbly and we didn't feel comfortable moving it so we didn't. The bed was relatively comfortable but the bedsheets did not fit the bed well, and they kept coming off of the bed's corners. That was super annoying! It seemed like the whole unit was renovated quickly and cheaply. It was not worth what we paid.
