BRAND NEW PICS!! Enjoy panoramic views from 2 large balconies & a large front porch off the marina & ocean! Park the car & never have to get back in. If you like boats, THIS one is for YOU! Watch all types & sizes of watercraft from the balcony, see the daily gulf stream catches, yachts, paddle boarders, you name it! Less than a 2 minute walk to the ocean! PETS CONSIDERED WITH FEE!
This well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 full bath beach condo is all you need for the most enjoyable vacation. Sleeps 6 w/ a sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, TV's, WiFi, towels/sheets. Less than a 2 minute walk to the ocean! Assigned parking by unit number. PETS OK WITH FEE!!!
Guests have access to the entire 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo including 2 marked parking spaces & pool access when open.
We are available at all times, just a text away and live a few blocks away.
Right next door to the marina, Gulfsteam & Stoked Restaurants, Nollies Taco Joint, only blocks away from the boardwalk, Famous Britts Donuts, Crush & Grind coffee/beer/wine bar.
Traffic can get backed up on Canal, but luckily you don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to! Bring bikes, rent them or golf carts. Local taxi service & Uber as well.
PLEASE do NOT bring pets without a PRIOR approval. Lastly, PLEASE download the VRBO app on your phone BEFORE you leave for your trip so you have quick access to ALL check-in instructions, access codes & your house manual. All pertinent info is also emailed to you. Check your spam folder.

Leave shoes at the door to reduce the amount of sand in the unit
No towels or clothing over balconies (outside furniture ok)
Please do not feed birds off the balcony
Please follow check-in & check-out procedures closely
Please do not boost the thermostat more than 1-2 degrees at a time
Please do not wash off make-up on towels/washcloths; only disposable wipes
Please do NOT put extremely sandy clothing or towels in washer or dryer
It is prohibitive to allow children or pets on the balcony without adult supervision at ALL TIMES!
If you plan on bringing your fur baby....There is an ADDITIONAL pet cleaning fee that our cleaners prefer you leave in cash at the time of check out:
-Small/medium dogs up to 20 lbs are $50 per dog
-Large dogs up to 55 lbs are $75 per dog
-Dogs over 55 lbs please get approval from host The cleaning crew will leave you an envelope and the prefer cash for pet the cleaning fee. For other types of pets, please contact host directly for approval.

Seas the Day exceeded all of our expectations! Location was perfect. Had excellent dinner at Stokes which is right across the street. Within walking distance to boardwalk. Beach access is very convenient. Very Clean, loved the 2 balconies, stocked with everything needed. Would definitely recommend

This was a great place to stay for my family. It is close to the beach, as well as close to restaurants, bars and other things to do. I definitely recommend!
