🔏 Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.
🚭 Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.
🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.
🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it.
🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.
🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.
🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.
📜 Guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID and complete a signed rental agreement prior to check-in, as required under North Carolina law (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 42A-10). This is completed through our complimentary guest portal, which also offers optional keyless entry and check-in convenience features.

• Pets must be added to the reservation during booking
• A non-refundable $150 pet fee applies per stay
• Maximum of 2 dogs; no other animals permitted
• Dogs must be fully housebroken
• Please clean up after your pet
• Dogs are not allowed on furniture or linens
• No cats permitted due to a family allergy
We kindly ask that you treat the home with care, as if it were your own. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, comfortable retreat where guests can truly relax and make lasting memories. Notes to future travelers: There is easy access to the board walk which can be used in lieu of the street to walk out for access to businesses. Malama Cafe has great coffee and breakfast/lunch sandwiches, there is easy access via the boardwalk. Crush and Grind Coffee is also easy to get to via the boardwalk. Publix Grocery is 3 minutes away by car. Several restaurants are within walking distance. Bring a plastic table cloth to cover the deck picnic table.

Enjoyed our weekend stay at this location. Location is perfect (short walk away from the beach, convenience store, restaurants, and harbor). Unit itself was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Will be staying here again in the near future.

Lovely clean place with great beds! Super close to the beach and restaurants. Owners are great communicators and even provide basics like coffee, tea, etc. I highly recommend this place!
