Location, price, spacious apartment, very clean and close to the beach and the walkway
The place needs some renovation like painting, may be newer sofa in the living room, etc

The location is spectacular! We walked to the boardwalk every night and easily walked to other restaurants as well. Not to mention the condo is super cute and was perfect our weekend getaway.
Nothing much to say here other than that the ice in the freezer tasted like pizza rolls/fish. Would be nice if someone could clean it to get rid of that smell/taste.
