Treat yourself to an OCEANFRONT condo that’s only a short walk to the shore and on a private boardwalk! Paradise Found is right in the middle of all the fun activities of Carolina Beach—the newly renovated boardwalk, restaurants, shops, famous Britt’s Donuts, the amusement park (in season), and bars.
Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so no need to worry about extra charges!
Enjoy perfect ocean views, the sound of waves crashing on the beach, dolphins frolicking in the surf, and amazing sunrises all from your private balcony in this third floor condo (with an elevator!!). No need to load up the beach wagon and trek across roads, Paradise Found is on the ocean!
Every Thursday night in Carolina Beach there are free fireworks on the beach (which you can see from the balcony) and bands playing on the boardwalk. Sunday nights feature free movies playing at the lake, which is only a short walk from Paradise Found. On Friday evenings, there is a free outdoor concert at Fort Fisher State park, which is only a short drive away.

**Community pool is seasonal and opens/closes as weather permits. **We do not guarantee the pool to be open during the time of your stay** Pool may open or close due to COVID, weather, or construction at any time. There will be no refund or discount if the pool is closed **
**Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
***NO SMOKING & NO PETS allowed at this property.
**Maximum Occupancy: 6 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
**Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.***
* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
* If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions!
* No uninvited guests without permission
***Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee***

It would have been easy to stay several more days just to watch the waves. Traveling alone, I felt very safe in the gated community. And you can’t get any closer to the beach!

it is our second time staying in Cabana suites.We give 5* to the management company.Communication from beginning till end was excellent.Great company,friendly,helpful.I give 5* to housekeeping for making the place very welcoming,clean.I give not as good review for the owner of the place though,biggest issue being kitchen and living room.Living room furniture was the one that people take to the street free to good home.Couch was faded colors and very old,pillows so old.Armchair was so old,upholstery ripped.Kitchen was horrible.Stove was on last legs so was fridge.We had 2 not matching coffee mugs only.water and drink glasses mismatched and even broken.Dinner plates mostly chipped and others were cheap plastic ones you have for a cookout.Silverware was so cheap,like from dollar store quality and still very old.When you pay over 2K rent for a week you expect some respect from owner,we made income and most probably got the greedy ones not respecting renters.Kitchen made me very upset and living room furniture not inviting at all.But location was great.And we had great time otherwise

The place was nice but I should have inquired more about the actual location of the condo in the building. With the parking across the street and the condo at the far side of the building made it a little difficult for us to come and go. It was not your fault! It was mine for not asking more questions about the place. My grandson is handicapped and my husband has Parkinson’s so we needed something closer to the elevator. Your place was nice just not the right fit for us.
