Однозначно удачное расположение. Метро рядом. До лувра и Нотр Дама пешком дойти можно. Вокруг множество кафе, большой торговый центр. Супермаркеты. Удобные апартаменты. Найти легко. Попасть немного сложнее. Все необходимое для жизни есть. Прохладно, но в Европе в старом фонде везде холодно осенью и зимой дома. Мы из России не привыкли к такому, но это лишь специфика места.
В доме идет косметический ремонт. Когда закончится, будет очень круто. Массивные деревянные перекрытия, старые деревянные перила! Красота! Ремонт нам не мешал!
