Enter from the street into one of Paris’s most beautiful courtyards: a leafy cobblestone haven with trees, birds, and a sense of calm that feels almost impossible in the middle of the city. This ground-floor loft overlooks the greenery and features a dramatic double-height living space, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, private terrace, two bedrooms, and a concert-grand Steinway piano.
The apartment also has a cozy sitting room, a small office nook, and a big sofa in the living room where one person could comfortably sleep. Near métro line 8, bus/tram connections, public bike stations, cafés, food shops, grocery stores, an outdoor market, and the Bois de Vincennes.
Please note: the main bedroom’s ceiling is on the low side—I stand up comfortably there, but anyone taller than 6 ft./183 cm wouldn’t. The second bedroom’s ceiling is lower—too low for most adults to stand upright, but comfortable for sitting and sleeping. A double mattress can also be placed on the floor there.
