Die Wohnung war sehr schön gestaltet, alles sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail. Richtige Bilder und Kunstobjekte anstatt nur wie üblich Poster. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Bett sehr bequem und extrem ruhige Lage zum Innenhof. Wohnung konnte mit Klimaanlage schnell geheizt werden. Hochwertige und chice Badezimmerausstattung. Genug Platz in den Schränken. Sehr hohe Decke, Gefühl von Raum. Wir haben als Empfehlung für das Parken ein Parkhaus empfohlen bekommen: Parking VOT Madrid Central - Promoparc. Wichtig: Man kann vorher reservieren und vorab bezahlen, kostet dann weniger als die Hälfte als vor Ort! Wirkte wirklich wie eine private schöne Wohnung und nicht nur als Ferien-Appartment. Supermärkte und andere Geschäfte ganz in der Nähe. Nicht weit vom Zentrum gelegen, aber deutlich ruhiger.
Die Wohnung lag ca. 1 m tiefer als Straßenniveau und es kam nicht so sehr viel Tageslicht rein. Im Sommer ist das wahrscheinlich ein Vorteil. Aber es war absolut ausreichend hell genug. Womit die Vermieter im Moment zu kämpfen haben: In diesem Viertel scheint die Vermietung von solchen Appartments offenbar einige ernste Gegner zu haben. Der Schlüssel-Tresor war mehrfach bewußt verunreinigt und sabotiert worden (wurde leider nicht gesäubert während unserer Anwesenheit).

perfect location, size, cleaness
only 1 bath towel per person for 3 nights as they did not dry for the next shower and only 4 coffee pads for 2 persons for 3 mornings. informed them about the towels but they could not do anything. also despite air condition living room remains rather fresh if in winter.

La entrada fue penosa atienden desde Portugal, no podíamos acceder al apartamento por causas ajenas a nosotros, hacia frío en el apartamento solo hay Dos aires acondicionados que no calientan como una calefacción, solo 1 toalla de lavabo para 2 personas tres días, en fin, un sitio decorado estupendamente pero con fallos importantes, una pena

La decoración y que había todo lo que un viajero puede necesitar. También, fue muy fácil el acceso al departamento y la entrega de las llaves al salir.
