Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko, można dotrzeć pieszo a przy tym cisza i spokój. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, wywietrzone przed przyjęciem gości. Wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne, nawet jeśli ktoś chciałby mieszkać przez dłuższy czas. Zaciszna, mała uliczka.
Jedyny minus, to korytarz w bramie dość przygnębiający, ale nie można mieć wszystkiego.

Świetna lokalizacja, pomocny i zaangażowany Gospodarz. Obiekt jest zadbany, czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Śpi się tam bardzo dobrze, w nocy jest cicho i spokojnie, łóżko jest wygodne a sypialnia przestronna.
