How friendly the staff was. I came in around 1am after a previous accomodation incident, they had my room ready in not even 10 minutes. They were so helpful with us asking questions, needing assistance and extending our stay. I didn’t catch his name but the gentlemen who was working the night of the 14th, was absolutely wonderful.

Es gab hier eigentlich nichts auszusetzen. Im Gegenteil waren wir erstaunt über manche Annehmlichkeit (wie zB die rooftop-Terrasse).
Und das Personal war superfreundlich und hat sich sehr bemüht, alles passend zu machen!
Alles ist recht neu (seit2/25).
Im Bad ist das Waschbecken unglücklich angeordnet. Es darf dann kein anderer die Tür aufmachen.
Und die handgemachten Holzfenster sind nicht dicht und lassen alle Aussengeräusche durch - Verkehr, Hahn, etc. - den einen stört das mehr , den anderen weniger.

Room was ok and had what we needed.
The pool was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. Gym only had few equipments but was broken.
