3 beautiful days!

Stayed 3 nights at Keramas and it was just stunning and everyone was fantastic and very welcoming 😊 My room was really large, beautiful, and tucked away with jungle view and privacy. I did the Canang Sari session which was so beautiful (so much harder than it looks!) and got to see the Foundation and temple next to the resort. Really recommend the hibiscus tea!

The river and nearby jungle does invite a lot of mosquitoes, so I really recommend using insect repellent before heading to dinner!

Off the beaten path, healthy food choices

Relaxed, birds, friendly staff without being nosey. The restaurant has healthy food choices (yogurt, granola, avocado bowl), which is generally difficult to find.

The location doesn’t provide much for walking or exploring. You’re pretty much stuck at the resort with a book. No other restaurants nearby.

Beautiful place, but too expensive.

Beautiful resort, well looked after with amazing plants and jungle. Room very close to the pool. Cool yoga shala that we could use. On some days there were yogalessons offered and everyday also other activities (some free and some payed). Friendly and helpful staff.

There was not so much around within walking distance. But there is a shuttle service to take you to the beach. Compared to other beautiful places we stayed, with half the price, I think the deluxe room (It's not one of the wooden cabins) was good but not amazing and overpriced. Maybe you pay so much just because it's a luxury resort. But then you also pay more than average for massage, washing clothes etc. If you want to stay in the wooden cabin that are most shown on the photos make sure you actually choose that one. The room itself had little lighting, I missed a big lamp to light the whole room, only the two lights next to the bed we could find, so was a bit dark.

Feel like the royalty

I would say everything. The food in general was delicious many kind of options, the staff was so friendly, always asking how we are and if we needed something, they help us a lot even to buy medicine because I got fever during my time there. If you want to feel like a queen or king, this is the place. I dont regret of have booked this place.

Peaceful location and that's it

It was peaceful with beautiful gardens. Large room with ice cold air-conditioning.

When booking the description said it was ground level and had a balcony. It was neither. The room was on stilts with narrow, uneven steps that were very steep and full of termites. The paths to the room were also dangerous to navigate. Staff control the outside lighting so don't expect to have a great sleep because your room will look like daytime. Your room will smell like swap because of the fish ponds underneath. Food was limited and if you thought it was good the first time you ordered it, it will be nothing like it the next time. Staff are friendly and polite but really don't understand. Gazebo with no chairs to sit on. It's not really a river but rather an ankle deep stream and you get to watch the local neighbours bath naked in it and wash their clothes.

The entire staff were very welcoming and friendly. The setting in a lush tropical garden is lovely and the restaurant prepared a nice assortment of dishes.

All of them were so kind and they treat guests really well. Specially note to the chef who cooked for us especially after the closing time. And the Spa service was amazing . She is really experienced in massages. scooter on rent available which is pretty nice to go around to black beaches

Relaxing hide away with great staff

It’s a lovely hide away near karemas beach. It actually feels like a little village and the staff, gardens and swimming pool are amazing. The staff does everything they can to make your stay perfect. The food in the restaurant is also good!

Tip: To get to the beach with a scooter you have to do a detour on a busy road and make a u-turn. Only for experienced drivers. If you walk, there is a pedestrian crossing, which might be a better option.

We expect something different from the price and quality of this accommodation.

The rooms sit within a beautiful lush garden and the pool and spa area is very nice. The room + bathroom was equipped well. We had a really nice Balinese massage at the hotel spa.

We ordered the “American” breakfast and were very disappointed about the value for money. It was very simple and didn’t have what was described on the menu. We didn’t try any other food after that. We asked for a discount but only got 10% back after asking repeatedly. We also don’t recommend the “Steam room” that is offered in the massage package. It was unlike any other steam room we’ve been to before - very cool, no steam just moist and had a very weird smell.

The territory is beautiful, but I will not come back

The territory is very beautiful and comfortable. There is a free transfer to the beach from 10.00 till 19.00. The room is ample and the bed is quite big.

The staff struggled speaking English and sometimes I had to wait for a reply for an hour or more. It happened with a taxi from the airport and was uncomfortable. There was no mentioned currency exchange at the reception so that was problematic to pay for the room an I had to find an exchange near the beach. The poor English made it more difficult. The pillows are catastrophic, still have a pain in my neck. The internet worked ok outside the room but terribly inside. The door handle was broken so I had to leave my room unlocked for two days of stay. Coffee machine didn’t work at all and it didn’t look like someone planed to fix it. The room was clean enough but dusty. It was the real case for me when I started even to caught. There was impossible to open the windows to let the fresh air come inside, so it was uncomfortable. I don’t like air conditioning, but if you are ok with it Wayne it could work.

Stunning resort. Recommended for those who love peace and relaxation and like waking up with the sounds of nature. Great location if you want to visit the Safari and explore the inner parts of the region.

The room was dusty the day we arrived but clean the other days. I didn't like how the senior receptionist addressed the other girl at the reception. She was very kind and helpful during our whole stay. The resort provide transport services that we used once to go to the airport because we didn't find other drivers available. The price for the transport car/scooter rental is expensive if compared to other private drivers and companies (3 times the fare requested throughout Grab for example). The menu was not the same published on the website and there were less dishes available. The staff at the restaurant was welcoming and friendly. I would value more the job of the people that make the resort so pleasant and enjoyable.

Stunning Gardens and Delightful Staff

Delightful gardens and exceptional staff. This is one of the nicest natural gardens in Bali. Everything in the garden was blooming, green and utterly gorgeous. The young staff are so caring, polite and helpful. They could not be nicer.

Yoga Time in paradise :)

Keramas Sacred River Village is a wonderful place, it’s a downtime in paradise! The location is beautiful, the houses are clean and furnished with love :) The people, who work here, are super friendly and attentive. They treat you like family and their service is outstanding. The resort offers a calm open air yoga place, which you can use at any time. And there is also a wellness and spa area. I had the best time here and I‘m looking forward to come back. Thank you so much <3
