The flow rate of the toilet bidet sprayer was to strong. I would have loved a shower head instead of a rain shower. The sink was a bit to small.

Everything in the room is clean, bed, bathroom the patio. The restaurant area, nothing to complain about.

Location is little off but it’s easy to book with hailing apps and easy to find in the map. It’s not a place for you if you want look for shops, restaurants just stepping outside. You need to book gojek or grab for that.

In our room the mattress was a little bit too old and need to be change for a not so slim guy like me ….. (88kgs/194lbs) This hotel is 20 minutes (scooter) from the center of Ubud , not so far but not so close . The good point is it’s quiet for sure

A perfect place in the outskirts of Ubud.

I had the most amazing stay in Kailash. The staff are so kind, the room was super clean and the pool was so clean. From arrival to the last day I felt so home and cared for. Thank you so much.

The location is quite far from most places so I had so spend lots of time on the road but it is still very okay if you seeking silence and serenity and rest.

Friendly staff

The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. They spoke softly and politely, which made us feel so welcomed. Every request was attended to very quickly. I would like to give special thanks to the lady receptionist who was on duty from 23rd–25th August — she was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. She guided us on how to get to the run event and patiently assisted when we had a technical issue with the air conditioning in our room, even arranging a smooth move to another room with a smile. Also, a big thanks to the male staff who kept checking on the AC problem — we truly appreciate the effort and hospitality.

The first room we stayed in felt a bit dark, and the toilet was not very clean. The overall lighting was too dim, which made the room less comfortable. On the first night, the AC shut off by itself, and the next morning we woke up to find that all the plugs and AC power had turned off. After coming back from the running event, we were hoping to get some good rest, but instead had to deal with a malfunctioning air conditioner, which made it hard to relax and sleep at noon. Thankfully, the staff quickly offered us another room, which was much better and more comfortable. In my opinion, the first room should not be offered to guests in its current condition, or at least the issues should be repaired.

Cosy and relaxing.

Local breakfast options were awesome, but there are some cute cafes walking distance if you want something different. The hotel is out of the way and very cosy, but you need to take a scooted or get a car to go anywhere apart from close by.

There was some construction happening, and staff were very apologetic, however there was a little noise throughout the days.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kailash Suites by Pramana Villas. The pool was very nice and great for relaxing. The staff were super friendly and always helpful. I would definitely recommend this place!

Gorgeous and peaceful escape from central Ubud - very comfy beds and room

This is a beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was gorgeous. I enjoyed the hot shower and found the shower products provided really hydrated my skin and curly hair. The food was good and the on-site masseuse too. The staff are delightful and so lovely. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for an escape as it is a little out of the way of the town, but you will experience peace and relaxation here.

I really liked it here but there were a couple of things that could be introduced. Firstly, maybe more on-site activities aside from massages only. Secondly, I ordered food to the room but then this was only collected when I ordered food to the room again/during the daily room cleaning.

i like the rooms they were just very basic and ok. the staff was nice and sweet and very helpful

this hotel should consider changing their breakfast and giving people enough portions. the portions are so small, there no variety, you are eating the same thing everyday. the rooms edges are so sharp that one person got injured and cut by the bed. the sheets and towels in our rooms were dirty and torn and we have pictures of this as we showed reception and wanted to show management and speak to management about this and still after showing them pictures of the torn sheets, dirty towels that were not changed and torn towels they did nothing about this not even changed them so this was very very disappointing and disgusting. the bathrooms also have a smell you cant tell what kind of a smell is that but there is a smell, please can they take these into consideration especially their small breakfast they give clients and their torn towels and sheets they put on beds and im not talking about just one room we booked three rooms. the hotel also has a cats that jumps on people and they need to consider that not everyone likes cats or animals for that matter and worse because these animals sometimes have rabies so we have to be careful not to be sick, their small cat literally jumps on us when we are eating on the table and with fur and everything no guys this is total rubbish honestly.

Fantastic and charming Balinese hotel with very friendly personnel and great service!

We stayed at the hotel for one week and everything was fantastic. Extremely friendly and nice personnel who spoke well English, charming, big and clean rooms, fantastic service and a good restaurant with great breakfast and meals. All in all a wonderful experience in the small "oasis" of a hotel which is laid out in the wonderful Balinese style. We plan to return to the same hotel next time we travel to Bali.

Great stay for our visit to Ubud :)

The staff are very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Both my mum and I felt very taken care of and appreciated the attention to detail. We really enjoyed our time chilling by the pool too and the beds are super comfy!!

Maybe there could be a few more options for the breakfast (eg fresh fruit platter) - as we didn't always want their limited menu - so would go out for breakfast or order something off grab.

Very comfortable relaxing stay surrounded by beautiful greenery

My friend and I had a great stay at Kailash Suites. We loved the location, it is on the edge of a small village, set amongst lush trees and farm land, its very peaceful and tranquil. The pool area surpassed out expectations, it was a very nice area to relax and cool off. We both had massages while we were there in the on site spa which were very good. The rooms were spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also very spacious with great water pressure. It is about is decent drive outside of Ubud, there is a lovely waterfall within walking distance of the hotel. To get to Ubud we used Grab taxi's to get in and out which were very fairly priced and quick and easy to use.

As the location of the hotel is in quite a rural setting, there aren't many restaurants nearby to easily walk to. The hotel does have a restaurant however, as a vegetarian the food options were extremely limited. I think it would be beneficial to research and introduce some good quality vegetarian options to the menu.

Aesthetic and a calm stay

The staff at the property was so friendly at check-in and during the whole stay. Ms. Sonia was very helpful. The area is very aesthetic, and the pool is lovely.

The location is great for this calm area, but if you mostly spend time in the centre of Ubud you better choose another place. The variety at the restaurant is not so extensive. And you may find geckos in your room.

Beautiful little hotel about 20 min by scooter outside of Ubud and near Rice paddy fields and local restaurants. Wonderful staff. Quiet. Super responsive to small issues. Highly recommend own transport though easy to get grab or gojek. Super comfy beds!

You can tell there was some water damage but not enough of an issue to spoil the stay.

There was a very limited spread of breakfast. We pretty much had the same breakfast every day. Also the location was about 30 minutes away from the heart of the town limiting flexibility on dining options.
