Kailash Suites Ubud

I liked the ambience and feeling of the property. I would stay again. Be prepared there is nothing around you.

No pool towels for the first week of my stay. After that I noticed that towels were placed on a few seats in the morning but gone by the afternoon when I had a swim. The pools were very difficult to get into being an older person. The restaurant was very ordinary. It took forever to get the food once ordered. No serviettes given. There was a box of tissues on the reception desk which I used. Obviously not a chef in the kitchen as the food came out one at a time even though several of the same dishes were ordered. Orders even forgotten. I ordered an entree and dessert. The dessert came out first and half an hour later my entree arrived. My bathroom was being renovated while I was there. The skylight was open to the world for several nights and I was worried about snakes or squirrels coming into my room.

The greenery in the hotel grounds and the friendly staff. The food was also good with some variety. Good massage services.

The rooms and bathrooms could have been better. The towels were old and faded - read greyish white instead of white.

Nice location

Smell of smoke

Staff nice and polite. Breakfast okay okay.. not very good.

Cockroaches in bathroom. Smell as well. Not good for us. Specially do not bring kids.
