Very secure and quiet place as it was located in courtyard. Location is amazing as bus stop to city was just in front of the building. Metro was like 200m away. Neighborhood was full of restaurants and coffees. Apartment was small but cozy, beddings and towels were clean.
Ventilation was poor. There was only motion sensor ventilation in bathroom so no use if you are not there to keep it activ. Heating was non existence. Luckily we were there during spring time so it was ok but I completely understand if quests complaining in comments that "it was cold". As we were basically staying in that apartment just for sleeping then it was fine.

Esta muy bien ubicado cerca de paradas de metro, supermercados y restauración. Es un apartamento pequeñito pero muy bien distribuido y una cocina bastante cómoda
Solo faltaba luz en cuarto de baño porque un foco estaba fundido, por lo demás todo muy bien

El personal fue muy simpático y la localización bastante buena
La cama era cómoda pero el sofá cama súper duro e incómodo. He estado con contracturas en el cuello los dos días que hemos dormido allí. Ademas, este es el típico sitio donde han aprovechado el hueco de la escalera para hacer un piso turístico. Lo típico de para un par de días ok pero ahí no se puede vivir.
