I would not stay here.

Please read the what didn't I like portion as really this rental is VERY problematic. Please be aware that they charge you a $300 deposit and somehow they kept $5.68 of my deposit and have never answered why. So they can keep whatever they want of your money apparently. I would not stay here even if the location is good. You can find others for the same price in better condition!

This place had tons of things wrong with it. Door handles literally falling off, including the bathroom door, faucets coming off, curtains falling down, no window covering in the smaller bedroom so the light comes all the way in, the shower hot water lasted around 6 minutes, and the rugs throughout the house were INCREDIBLY dirty, just filled with dirt, mud and what looks like animal urine. We also had no heat during our stay. I mentioned all of this to the staff, even the no heat and noone came out during the entire 4 days we were there. They also acted like this was the first time they heard of it, when actually the same things were told to them 4 months prior to our visit in a previous review. I've stayed in hundreds and hundreds of places and this was one of the worst kept apartments I've rented. The pics are very deceiving. So disappointed because this was NOT a cheap place to stay.

Perfect

It was a very satisfying stay. The owner was attentive to us at all times and was very nice. The location was right in the city center and yet at night you couldn’t hear people. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect.

There was no air conditioning, despite it being advertised as having air con. One bedroom had no blinds or curtains on the window and as it was summer, it was too bright to sleep well.

Really comfortable bed and sofa. The location was great. Lovely spacious apartment, exactly like the photos.The lovely lady let us check in early free of charge. We would definitely stay there again without hesitation. Really happy

Atención. Fraude con mi tarjeta de crédito.

La empresa dueña del apartamento nos hizo pagar 300 euros de fianza fuera de la plataforma de booking a Nestor Hospitality SRL Brussels. El problema ha venido 15 días más tarde cuando la misma empresa ha cargado a mi tarjeta de crédito 2 cargos de 1000€ y 1500€. Me he intentado poner en contacto con ellos pero no contestan. Cuidado con este apartamento. Es un fraude.

A éviter absolument

C'est une honte de louer ce taudis. Nos vacances ont été gâchées !

Nous sommes arrivés un lundi pour repartir le dimanche suivant. Tout d'abord presqu'une heure et demie à attendre la personne chargée du checking. Au moins il aura porté notre valise dans l'escalier exigu et sale. Ensuite on découvre un appartement où tout manque : des couverts à l'eau chaude. Si la vue d'ensemble semble correcte au premier coup d'oeil, c'est ensuite une succession de déceptions. Pas d'eau chaude jusqu'au mercredi. Le jeudi matin eau tiède sans pression et seulement dans la baignoire. Evidemment on a prévenu la "conciergerie" qui estime que puisqu'il y a la baignoire on est confort. Je me suis sentie très confort quand j'ai pris une petite douche dans la baignoire glissante et qu'à la fin je me suis rincée à l'eau glaciale. Les couverts : 3 fourchettes à notre arrivée. Conciergerie prévenue, on nous indique que ça se trouve soit dans un pot blanc soit dans le lave-vaisselle. Au final rien de tout ça et encore des heures à attendre pour avoir un équipement minime. Serviettes de toilette : au secours ! Tapis : ultra sales ! Literie : pas de protection des matelas et des oreillers, juste un drap housse. Niveau hygiène c'est la bérézina. Que dire d'autres ? Les poignées de porte qui vous restent dans les mains, les portes dont le bois est comme mangé et les peintures écaillées, les rideaux qui ne tiennent pas, le bruit phénoménal puisque la galerie fait écho, les voisins qui font la fête jusqu'à pas d'heure et dont les conversations résonnent dans ce mètre carré de béton sur lequel donnent les chambres. En fait il n'y a que la situation très centrale qui fait l'intérêt de cet appart. Mais pour le prix vous trouverez bien mieux et vous pourrez vous laver correctement (et avoir + que 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pour la semaine). A fuir absolument !! Je ne comprends d'ailleurs toujours pas les notes si positives. Le pompon ?
