The boat was lovely, beds are comfy.
There was everything on the boat facility wise you need for the stay.
Lovely views from the boat.
The log burner made the boat cosy at night.
It was a faff getting the fob for the gate, I felt the instructions were not very clear.
The gate closest to the boat was not accessible, which would have been ideal had it been.
The TV could do with updating in the lounge, or at least the remote could do with changing as the markings for the different functions are not visible.

Everything was beautifully set up & delightfully decorated. Bed very comfy. A small supply of tea & coffee left available for us was much appreciated for that first cuppa.
Unfortunately it was not easy to get in to the Floatel as an inaccurate code had been provided & we did need a bit of help getting on to the jetty too.
The main door & front exit have suffered from swelling wood which means they are difficult to open & close properly ( a winter problem I expect). Also we would have appreciated more guidance for adjusting the heating & controlling the TV. But a very enjoyable stay nonetheless.

Amazing! Great location. Flotel was lovely and clean. Can’t fault it. Will be staying again and would recommend to anyone :)
