The Tranquillity Suite offers a super king bed and en-suite, while the Zen Den features a cozy double with office and bathroom. Third room has a cosy double bed and a chest of drawers.
Relax in the living room or cook/dine in the kitchen.
Unwind in the garden on one of the two pergolas with garden furniture and sun loungers.
A calm retreat close to local sights.
***You will be sharing with our two well behaved cats (temporary, until first week of Jan)

Main bedroom with super king bed and en-suite
Double bedroom with double bed and desk
Third room has a cosy double bed and chest of drawers.
Living room with cosy corner sofa
Fully equipped Kitchen
Garden with decking - please note decking is slippery when wet, use at own risk!
Downstairs thermostat located in the hallway, next to cloakroom door.
Upstairs thermostat located in the main bedroom.
“Please note: Our two friendly cats live in the home. They will remain in the house during your stay. A caretaker will stop by once a day to feed them and check on them. The cats are independent and do not require guest attention, but they do roam the house.”

Please note this a new build house and is very well insulated therefore airflow is crucial - we kindly ask to open window(s) before starting cooking, it helps keep the house fresh.
Also please open window before using the shower or the bath, it helps keep humidity out, blinds can be closed for privacy.
***Home is private apart from our two cats who still share this space, we have our friend who will come one a day to feed them and clean their litter boxes. No need to give them access into the bedrooms unless you want to.
* there is a small risk that Boschi might meow a bit during the night light potentially causing inconvenience to light sleepers
