Dormitorios, zona de living. Estacionamiento correcto y seguro. Buena zona de con detalles a mejorar. Ubicación buena , x lo menos si estas de auto. Barrio tranquilo.
Todo estaba muy bien. Pero en utensilios de cocina faltando cosas tan básicas ,, como un colador , algo para destapar una botella de vino, , y algo para hervir agua ( esto no cambia la excelencia de la casa, solo detalles)

The place was very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. The instructions to use kitchen appliances, connect to the internet and use of all keys (five in total) were all clear.
Nothing bad about this place, really. Is not close to the centre but it can be reached by taxi (average fare for a single trip is 45 mexican pesos).

L’équipement de la maison ! La cuisine est la mieux équipée que nous ayons jamais eue nous permettant de faire à manger comme à la maison ! Sont fournis sel, poivre, huile et épices et eau potable en grosse bonbonne. La grande table à manger est très conviviale. Les grandes chambres avec Clim sont très agréables ainsi que la literie. Communication très facile avec la propriétaire.
La place de parking dans le patio est petite et ne permet pas de garer une berline mais le stationnement est facile devant dans la rue. Le quartier est très sur comme tout Valladolid. A noter que la maison est excentrée, à environ 30 minutes à pied du centre. Mais le stationnement est gratuit dans le centre de Valladolid et nous n’avons jamais eu de pb pour trouver des places dans le centre.
