Large apartment, streaming tv- only in Spanish, first really hot shower after a week in Mexico, staff are helpful, good towels, drinking water available in common kitchen in adjoining hostel.
Very stained bowls in mini kitchen, kitchen is small- just a microwave & minifridge (you can use the stove in the adjoining hostel, but the pots are bent and need replacing) , room 14 is closest to road, it’s not a busy road, but traffic can be loud at times, ants in the room, quality of wifi fluctuates between good and not, only one light in the bathroom- over the shower, but need one above the mirror so we can better see our faces when shaving, etc., overpriced.

Really nice installations. Very comfortable, great location. Close to the central park, but not so close you can’t get any quiet time.

Nothing in particular
That there was a thick coating of dust on the shower floor and bathroom vanity. The mugs and cups there for use were dirty and unwashed. When I brought this to the attention of the concierge I was told the room had been cleaned that day and the dust was from the amount of wind. No offer was made to rectify the situation.
