It was very nice and new place!Close small Bakery open afternoon and walking distance to big local Mercado!Our Host was wonderful and very helpful.It was like real friend from the first minutes of our meeting!It is good location-close to city center and small restaurants.Popular shop Oxxo was very close and You can drink coffee there,because it isn’t possible in this apartment.It would be probably good idea to ask owner to bring something for cooking water in a room.He is so understanding and friendly,so I think it would be fast organized by him:)Thank You once again for all!!!

Good location, room was cool and well presented. Owner is very friendly!

Hot water didn't really work, no toilet seat. Owner hired a bike to me which broke a distance from town. He did refund me. Noisey untill 23:00. Cheap for the area but not really worth it.

Cuartos kukulkan is the perfect place if you seek a stay beside the tourist area in a nice neighbourhood of Valladolid. Although it is just a (not even) 5 min walk to all the major spots (like market, cenote and city center). A bakery, supermarket and cheap but good mexican loncherias are just around the corner. The interior is small and basic but it has everything you need. A very comfy bed, fridge, hot water shower and ac. On top of that everything is brand new. Last but not least Eber, the owner, and his family are very kind and caring ! Answering all our questions and gave us hints where to go. He also offered us a tour to show us his city and brought us to the bus station on our depart (Thank u very much for that!) We enjoyed our stay very much and would choose it again for the next visit in Valladolid. Thank you for the nice stay
