Loved the location and the authenticity of the house.
Most of all I appreciated the hospitality of the owner Greisy.
The room was much bigger than expected, very comfortable. We had the option to do laundry there. And got a lot of good recommendations from the host.
The location was also comfortable walking distance to all the best spots in the city that we wanted to visit.

The host was very kind and reliable. My room was very clean and a good size. There was hot water for showers. The shared kitchen was useful to have. The hotel is was in an excellent location, close to the bus and the main plaza/parque.
I am allergic to perfumes, so the scented sheets and towels were bad for my nose and eyes.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Azul! Our host was very friendly and welcoming. She gave us many tips about the local area, local cenote and best ways to get to Chichen Itza. The property was clean and comfortable and the location was great. Only a 10 minute walk to the bus terminal and close to downtown Valladolid. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was good .
No hot water in the sink. Shower hot water was slow and not very hot. Sharable kitchen we chose not to use.
