Beautiful courtyard, helpful and attentive staff. The room was perfect for us (couple) with a lovely shower and plenty of space.
The location was perfect for the main square and all the great shops and restaurants.

Close to ADO, Zocalo & Calzada de los Frailes. Beautiful facilities, like having a private park in the middle of the city

The outside (garden and pool)
If you say no just one day for the cleaning, they never come back (it’s wild because we have to throw away the used toilet paper in a trash)
The welcoming girl is nice but a bit aloof
The noice: given it’s also a part hostel, you have young people blasting the outside TV
