I can recommend this location to anyone who is looking for some peace and rest. Your own little place, disconnected from the rest of the world but with all the facilities you want and need (including a coffee machine)
The house is just like the photos promise, and quite large too. We had a great few days relaxing here and exploring Hvar. The last few km's to the house are a gravel road, but it was in quite good condition and perfectly doable if you have some driving experience and/or a (compact) SUV.
It's completely quiet and peaceful. At night, the only thing we heard was a long-eared owl.
Not a big point but just so you're aware: because this house is solar-powered, it means that the hot water may run out if you have a few cloudy days. Also, you have to like nature (there are some geckos, lizards and millipedes around). We do.

Droga jest nie ubita więc dla niższych aut może być ciężej z dojazdem :)
