Villa royale with shared pool

The apartment was gorgeous, spacious and very clean and tidy. The air conditioning in every room was a real bonus, especially in the summer, and the balconies were a great size. There was plenty of wardrobe storage and all the equipment we needed. The bathrooms were large and lovely. The accommodation comfortably fitted all of us, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early and were happy for us to relax around the pool until the room was ready. The pool was reasonably sized and nice and cool. There were plenty of seats to sit in however these do only get the sun from around mid day. We also really appreciated the restaurant recommendations, including places offering a 15% discount, and the taxi recommendation, which was always very quick. Although the staff’s English was limited, they made a real effort to communicate with us using Google Translate. The room also had a gorgeous view of the sea and hvar town.

The only real issue was that we had cold water in the showers on the second and third day. It would also have been great to have some food or snack options available around the pool or at the apartment. The walk into town and to the supermarkets is quite far and uphill, which was particularly hot and tiring in peak summer. It’s around a 10–15 minute walk down to the town and beaches, although a taxi only takes around 5 minutes.

Great pool and lovely staff! They were so welcoming to us during our stay and it’s only a 15 minute walk to town centre.

Det var veldig vennlig personal. God størrelse på rommet. Ikke så langt fra byen, selvom det er bratt. Butikker fantes i nærheten.

Lounge området var ikke mulig å bruke. Vi fikk likevel lov. Skulle også vært aircon på soverommet.
