A Home Away from Home!

We immediately felt at home at Villa Bella Vista. Our friendly host and his family were brilliant, caring, welcoming and always ready to help. They gave us great recommendations and never hesitated to do anything to make our stay more comfortable, even driving us to the port in the pouring rain and gifting us an umbrella! Hvala Antoni! The apartment was spotless, the pool sparkling clean, the beds very comfortable, and there was an abundance of bedding and towels. Highly recommended!

It cannot be better!

This was simply the best experience we could have asked for. Antoni and Valentina’s hospitality was truly heartwarming – they did everything to make our family’s summer memories unforgettable. And their sweet little son (dog), Medo, made our days even more special. The room, private pool, facilities, amenities, and location were all perfect. Even though we stayed only four days, it felt like a longer, relaxing, and deeply satisfying holiday. We’ll definitely be coming back – not just to the Villa, but to see Antoni, Valentina, and Medo again. Thank you so much for everything!

Great place to stay in Hvar

Antoni and his wife are amazing hosts and their place is a treat! You can easily walk to the center and enjoy beautiful beaches. Place easily fits a couple and more and everything was clean and properly equipped.

Lovely hosts, clean apartment, up a steep hill

Clean quiet apartment with comfy beds and fantastic friendly hosts. We were in apartment 3 for 6 people. 2 large triple bedrooms, a large kitchen diner, large shower room and an extra toilet. No living room but large tv in one bedroom. Fabulous views from the drive and the other apartments, but not this one. We had a good stay.

Our outside space was next to the pool which felt private as the small clean pool was hardly used by other guests whilst we were there, but had no view. Although spacious, one bedroom is off the kitchen and the other is very dark. We walked everywhere, but there are steep hills down to beach and old town.

The most beautiful view from our balcony! Best view of Hvar for sure. The apartment was very clean and the host was very kind and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped and the pool was such a bonus!

Air conditioning turned off at 4am one night but resolved the issue by 8am! Apartment spec lists a BBQ but the host told us that coal cannot be used in Croatia, and kindly provided a griddle.

Gem in Hvar

Too long, didn't read: Stop looking and book this property! More details, read on. Exceptional professionalism, courteous, responsive communicators and welcoming hosts. Property details and unit listing is accurate. Beautiful ocean views from the property. Unit is equipped with everything you need. Very clean and very well maintained property and appliances. Special mention that the front loader washing machine is clean and well maintained so your clothes get clean and smell clean. Beds are extra long and comfortable so you will get a good night's sleep. Market is a 5 minute walk down the hillside steps. Near the market is restaurant Lungo Mare. Our hosts recommended it and it is delicious. Antoni and Valentina are truly wonderful people and take great pride in their property and in hosting guests. Hvar is beautiful and made more beautiful by staying with excellent hosts. Contact the owners if you have questions or problems with anything and they will do everything they can to help. For example 1 of our group of 4 had difficulty connecting to the WiFi even when going outside the garden unit to the adjoining poolside terrace. The rest of us were able to connect inside and outside so your experience may vary depending on your phone model. Antoni offered to pick us up near the port and drop us back at the port when we left. We were pleased to accept his gracious offer so we did not need to take a taxi or walk our luggage up the hill.

Fab views, lovely owners Anthony and his wife and their dog meadow…! We were collected and dropped back to the port with our suitcases, It’s only 1km from the town, 10 mins walking downhill into the town and 15 mins uphill bearing in mind on that side of Hvar most of the apartments are up steep hills! The views from our apartment were spectacular. Lovely clean pool and spacious apartments…Apartments were super and very comfortable. Had everything in it. Anthony would do anything for you and so friendly. Definitely recommend

Amazing host and great location

Our hosts were amazing nice people, they picked us up from the port and dropped us back down when we were going home. The room has everything you could need. The bed was so comfortable!! The view from our balcony was also amazing! And best part is they have the best dog ever so well behaved and absolutely gorgeous! I will miss meadow the most

Whenever I would go to Hvar I will first check availability of this villa.

First of all we had a great host, Ante, who welcomed us and waited up to 11:30PM for check in. The apartment was super clean, spacious and comfortable. Open terrace has sea view, ideal for having a coffee in the morning while you are deciding which beach you are going to visit. There is a washing machine, entire kitchen tv, wifi, everything you migh be needed. City centar is like 10minutes walk thru the old town which is interesting. Highly recomending this property.

Relaxing comfortable location

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and the host was so welcoming, generous and helpful. When we arrived, he made us a fresh coffee with biscuits, and gave us home grown grapes and figs from his garden, and some chilled drinks to enjoy that evening. It is a peaceful location with a lovely pool. There were 2 big bedrooms, one with 3 singles and the other with a single and a very large double. Ample room! My final comment is regarding location - the walk to the property from the town is all uphill and is tiring in the heat, but on the positive, it was a bit of a holiday workout, and you can cool down in the pool.

This time I stayed in the 2 bed apartment by the pool which was perfect for our short 2 day stay after a stag party in split. Antony and valentina were amazing hosts again and was great seeing them if only for a short time. They done us a lovely welcome package with food and wine, i Really do love this place and Antony and valentina, can't wait to be back out there soon to spend more time with them.

Safe, clean and lovely hosts!

We we’re two female friends traveling to Hvar for the first time. This place has been the best so far! The studio apartment had great views, a lot of space and very clean! The owner and his wife is amazingly helpful. We are really amazed how sweet they were. We could ask the owner to drive us anywhere, and he did! The owners wife is also a great masseuse and she charged us only 27 euro for more 1.5 hours full body massage. Such a great value for this! We only used the pool one time but it was very hygienic and nice. From the house you can walk to the beach in 10 min downhill and if you continue on the small path towards Robinson beach you will come to an beautiful cafe/ restaurant call Pacha Mama. It takes 15min to walk downhill to Hvar town. We will most definitely book this studio again if we come to Hvar. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Short but sweet

Amazing pool, Ante the friendliest owner. He will arrange any thing. We stayed sadly just for 5 days but it was exceptional. Everything was so clean and comfy. Parking is in front of the apartment what is superb. Hope to come back as soon as possible. Beaches are epic good.

It is a bit on the hill but you have taxies rent a scooters or you can go by the car. Even the walking isn’t that long. So no complains.

Ottima esperienza. I proprietari di casa sono gentilissimi, simpatici e sanno fare benissimo il loro lavoro. Non mi era mai capitato di ricevere un trattamento come il loro. La casa è bellissima, ha il parcheggio, piscina e tutti i comfort del caso. In 10-15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico di Hvar. Assolutamente consigliato

Todo. El apartamento súper equipado, la limpieza. El dueño/host SUPER AMABLE, el día que llegamos nos convidó cerveza y champagne. Una mañana bajamos para la playa y nos hicieron café con galletitas (no incluía desayuno). El último día nos llevó al ferry en auto, súper amables Ante y Valentina. Cerca de Pokonji Dol.

La ubicacion no es ideal. Tiene buena vista pero es como diez minutos caminando en subida desde el centro, un poco cansador. Tal vez no recomendable para gente mayor o con hijos pequeños. Pero es u barrio de todos apartamentos de alquiler vacacional.
