Lovely stay on the beautiful island of Hvar, with a warm and welcoming host!

Josip was a wonderful host. She and her father picked 6 of us up at the port after our ferry ride from Split. Our original reservation was for one 2 bed/2 bath apartment, but unexpectedly, my daughter and her boyfriend were able to join us at the last minte, and she had a one bedroom for rent available right down below us. She was so warm and accommodating. The apartment was clean, and well decorated. Just right for our stay on Hvar. Additionally, we enjoyed both coffee and cocktails with an ocean view each day we were there! She gave us all sorts of information about the island when we arrived, and then, on our last day, she provided transport to all of us back to the ferry port. This is a lovely, clean, and welcoming spot on the beautiful island of Hvar. I would go back anytime! Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Highly recommend Pera apartments- we’ll be back!

The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped — it truly feels like home. Everything you might need is provided, from slippers, shampoo, soap, and toothbrushes to a full set of cooking spices, bottled water, coffee, and even some sweets. The location is great, just a short walk from the town center, with a grocery store nearby. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. We stayed during the Spartan Race and are especially grateful for their helpfulness on our departure day. Highly recommended!

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment.

We were met at the ferry terminal by the owner Josipa and taken to the apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable in a quiet area. The bed was firm and comfortable. There is a supermarket near by and the old town centre is approx 15 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

Wonderful

We stayed in the 2-bed apartment for 3 nights. It was lovely having space to spread out. Apartment is spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, plus lovely extras like beach towels. It’s a 15-min walk from the harbour and in a peaceful neighbourhood. Josipa couldn’t have been more helpful with tips and recommendations, and dropped us at the bus station when we left. We had a lovely stay - thank you!

Nice jacuzzi. Good layout and facilities. Modern and clean. Everything we needed. Awesome pick up and drop off to ferries. Josipa was a great, friendly host with a lot of excellent local knowledge.

Simply gorgeous in every way

From the moment I started communicating with Josipa I was pleasantly surprised at how prompt and detailed all of our communication was. What really blew us away is Josipa's desire to help. She offered to pick us up and drop us off from the port, which we thought was very generous and kind. The apartment is super cute, clean and had everything one may need for a short stay including a coffee pod coffee machine. An additional benefit was they had a washing machine that we could use, which took the stress away of looking for laundry or spending additional 💰. There is the most beautiful beach only 15 mins walk from the property and the town with all the bars and restaurants is also 15 mins away. We absolutely loved our stay and experience. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms made this very comfortable. Easy walk down to beach and the town. Josipa was kind enough to pick us up and drop us off at beginning and end of our stay.

Since at the top of Hvar, a long walk up at night that have to be prepared for.

Josipa was great and met us after our ferry arrived in Hvar and drove us to the apartment and showed us around. She was very informative and the place was beautiful especially the terrace with the hot tub. It was very hot so the air conditioning was good and the apartment was well stocked the all the necessities. We would happily stay here again when visiting Hvar!

The walk from town had a lot of stairs but they were worth it once you reached the apartment and had the beautiful view of the sea.

Josipa the hostess was just superb and actually came looking for us from the ferry as she thought (correctly) that we had no phone connectivity and she also returned us to ferry. Apartment has so many amenities like washing machine and even an iron. Two terraces with amazing views over Hvar were great.

As I was unwell the walk back to the apartment up lots of steps was very draining.

The apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean and the bed super comfortable. The jacuzzi was great, especially to relax when we have been walking most of the day. Our host was great. The property is located a few minutes drive from the main Port of Hvar. Josipa and her family were very welcoming and very helpful during our stay. Josipa was kind enough to pick us up and drop us back to the bus station upon arrival and departure, and gave us really great tips during our stay. The apartment was very clean and tidy with all the amenities for a comfortable stay, we honesty we’re not ready to leave. We had a view of the ocean and town, and a short 10min walk into the main port or local swimming spots.

Great host, Well equipped little apartment with fab hot tub

The host was amazing, she greeted us from the ferry and dropped us back off. She was available over text and answered all questions immediately. The hot tub was great too, the venue provided lots of clean towels. The kitchen was well equipped.

The hot water in the shower seemed to last for less than 1 minute, despite leaving the switch on as instructed. The apartment is also smaller than it appears in pictures.

perfect place to stay

apartment was so cute and clean. had all the essentials, we wished we stayed for longer here. decent location ~15-20 minute walk from the city centre. the host was amazing and very helpful with shuttle to and from the docks. we even left some of our stuff and then ended up notifying us and driving down to deliver it to us at docks before our ferry! wonderful stay, would come back for sure

The hosts are fantastic people, they gave really great recommendations and they were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Couldn't speak more highly of them The Apartment was incredibly clean, probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Absolutely immaculate. A modern, beautifully decorated and well maintained apartment with spectacular views.

This was a beautiful apartment and looked like it was brand new as the owner keeps it refreshed and well maintained. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was firm and very comfortable and we slept very well. The view from the small balcony at the front was incredible looking out over the bay of Hvar, while the balcony at the rear looked towards hills. The owner was delightful and kindly met us when we arrived on the ferry and gave us a lift up the hill to the apartment. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

The apartment is quite a climb up the hill from the centre but worth it for the quality of the apartment and the views.
