2 Bedroom Sea View, The Base Central Pattaya

Beds are comfortable Bathrooms have excellent water pressure and temperature control Some Security gate guards are rude, whilst others are very helpful and pleasant. Curtains in bedrooms offer sufficient darkness but not 100% blockout. If you need complete darkness, then you’ll need an eye mask Airconditioner’s in all rooms are excellent Noise from nearby clubs isn’t too bad. We were still both able to sleep well despite the low level of ambient noise Shower soap and shampoo supplied Excellent views of the beach Excellent communal facilities eg lounge area, pool and gym Close to party venues, restaurants and major shopping centre Second bedroom is a bit small for the queen bed and stuff for 2 people but manageable for a short time Lounge, dining and kitchen area good size for general living Cupboard space in both bedrooms is adequate Inside and outside of the apartment is clean, tidy and well maintained Access to the building and apartment was straight forward - good instructions from owner Gym access is only from 0700-2200 and is on level 3.

Not enough toilet paper supplied for 2 people for 6 days No laundry facilities within apartment or building complex despite having plumbing provisions for it Not enough utensils, crockery or cookware in kitchen. No sharp knives No toaster Some Security gate guards are rude, whilst others are very helpful and pleasant. No face washers supplied Second bedroom is a bit small for the queen bed and stuff for 2 people but manageable for a short time No tea towel to dry dishes No Hand soap in both bathrooms No Hair Conditioner Not enough bottled water for length of stay No face washers No Salt and pepper Instructions for WIFI required despite being texted to one guest

Such a fantastic place to stay in the easiest location of Central Pattaya. Easy walk to Beach Rd and to the bars to play pool. The accommodation also has a larger balcony and fantastic views, with the added extra of a rooftop pool. We had a minor issue with a hot water system and this was checked and replaced on the same day. Very professional Manager with excellent service and easy self check in.

Everything went perfectly so there are no negatives to report.
