Room was fine, Clean. Security was really nice
Check in was Not good have to wait Longtime before clear what room i will get. Lot of Ladyboy in Front them Rude and Not friendly

Excellent residential complex in the heart of the city. The best value for money I have found in central Pattaya, all other decent places in the area are much more expensive. Pool with a beautiful view! There are different rooms in terms of capacity: for 2 people and for 4. In general, everything suits me!

Nice location good view if you live at top floors
Overcharged me, payed more on taxes than the room was worth , was the small letters under the total amount, Still a scam if you ask me !!!
After that they had the audacity to ask me to extend my stay for normal price 900baht nigh.
